Hi, my name is Geneva Eisel and I am a 19 year-old girl who has been privileged enough to grow up in Huntington Beach, California which has led me to loving the great outdoors. Being in nature has never failed to help me see a new perspective in my life. I have been going on walks to better my overall health and wellness and through that, I have met a great community of people who share the same interests as me. I am passionate about creating a sense of community among people who like to go on walks, primarily outdoors, as well. By doing this, I hope to spread the message about how this can truly benefit your mental health.
